Peel, slice and cook the carrots. Put carrots and celery soup in a casserole. Cover with grated cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 300°F. Mix sugar, salt, flour, orange peel. Add orange juice and cook until thickened. Add butter and carrots. Serves 8 I would cut the carrots into quarters and cook them, either before adding to the glaze or in the glaze as it cooks down. |
