Bran MuffinsGramma Jeffs (Adelia Debaun)
Sift and measure flour. Add salt and bran. In a separate bowl, beat egg slightly and mix in milk. Add these to dry ingredients. Then mix soda and molasses together. Add melted fat. Fold in raisins. Put into greased muffin tins and bake in moderate oven, 375°F, for 20 to 25 minutes. |
