Raisin BarsLiz Elgarten Filling
Mix well. Cook slowly, stirring until thick. Cool. Dough
Cream butter and sugar, add dry ingredients, then oats. Press half the dough into a 13" x 9" pan. Spread with filling. Pat on remaining crust, smoothing with the back of a spoon. Bake at 400°F for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool, cut in squares. |
