Ginny English's Salmon Recipes

When Grace and Carl bought the cabin on Lake Ganoga, Ginny English canoed across the lake with a bowl of blueberries to welcome them. Grace says the salmon salad is particularly good. This card is dated 2011.

Salmon Dip

Mix well:

• 1 can salmon, including juice
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• chopped nuts

Salmon Salad

Mix together:

• 1 can salmon
• chopped apples
• raisins
• nuts
• dried cranberries
• grapes

Ginny says, "Grapes make the salad moist."
