Fruit Cocktail Dessert
Mix the fruit cocktail and beaten egg. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar and baking soda. Add the dry ingredients to the fruit cocktail mixture. Pour into a 9 x 12 inch pan. Mix brown sugar and nuts and spread over the dough. Bake at 300°F for 1 hour. This recipe came from the Morris County Extension Office, where Carl H. worked for many years.
