White Sauce

• ½ cup milk
• 1 ½ teaspoon flour
• few grains salt
• 1 ½ cup butter

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour and salt, stirring so as to combine thoroughly. Add milk gradually, stirring continuously till the mixture thickens.
