Goal Line Scrambled Eggs


From Martha Moore. Serves 8.


Mix eggs, milk, chives, salt, pepper and tarragon in bowl. Heat butter in skillet. Pour in egg mixture and cook over low heat. As the eggs start to set, lift the bottom with a spatula. Add cream cheese cubes when eggs are almost cooked. Continue cooking until cheese melts. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon, or, if preferred, more chives. Serve on a warm platter.
