Bride Cake

From Joyce Wycoff.

• 1½ cup flour
• 2 sticks oleo [margarine]

Beat until like whipped cream. Then add:

• 1½ cup sugar
• 4 eggs

Beat that a long time. Add:

• grated rind of orange

Grease and flour loaf pan. Pour in pan and sprinkle with:

• sugar

Bake 1 hour at 325º, then ½ hour at 300º.
