Lemon-Jello Pineapple Pudding

Grace thinks this came from radio or TV. Dream Whip was a powdered whip cream mix. Substitute whipped cream or Cool Whip.

This recipe reminds me of Lime Jello, Marshmallow, Cottage Cheese Surprise! (Joan Morris with composer Walter Bascom on piano). Make heaps!

• Lemon Jello prepared with
  • 1 cup H2O and
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
• Dream Whip
• 1 cup cheese [I'm guessing cottage cheese or ricotta]
• 1 cup crushed pineapple
• 1 cup grated cheddar
• 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
• ½ cup sugar

Cook the juice and sugar together. [Then, presumably, mix all together and chill.]
