Chopped Liver

Some of these recipes give us a little glimpse of contemporary life. The back of this card has Mom's handwritten note: "Carol— I am at the office. Call me!"

The card has no directions. Here are Jill's: Chop the eggs, liver, onion, salt, and oil in a food processor. Mound on a platter, garnish with sliced onions. Spread on crackers.
