In honor of the 90th birthday of Grace Averil Klotz, May 2020
This section includes the recipes from Mom's/Grammy's/Grace's box that I transcribed while visiting her in Brick, N.J. in December 2013. Carol has the box now. When I visited her in September 2024, she gave me some of the recipes to scan and added some comments. The recipes were in no particular order in the box. While revising the recipe site in 2024, I rearranged the recipes in this section. Some moved to other sections (most notably, Hamburger Roll-ups are now in Aunt Sue's folder since the recipe comes from a letter Grace sent to Sue) and some were deleted (for example, an oil pie crust because there's a better crust in Aunt Averil's book). Grace's section is divided into three parts. There is "landing page" for each section explaining what is there.

A bit of a warning: I have not tested most of these recipes. What you see is what is on the card (or envelope or scrap of paper), as best as I can read the handwriting. Sometimes I have edited for clarity. When I have actually used a recipe, I sometimes add comments.
