Scalloped Potatoes


From Grace's home ec class in sixth or seventh grade. This is a single serving.


Pare potato and slice thin. Place half the potatoes in a small casserol dish.

Sprinkle with of the dry ingredients. Place remaining potatoes in casserol, sprinkle with remaining dry ingredients, dot with butter, add milk.

Bake in oven at 400F
