Pie Crust

I didn't realize Mom used an oil crust. But maybe she didn't need a recipe for a crust using solid shortening.

• 2 cup flour
• 1½ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup Wesson oil
• ¼ cup cold milk

Mix flour and salt. Pour Wesson Oil and milk into one measuring cup, but don’t stir. Add all at once to flour. Stir until mixed. Press into smooth ball. Makes 2 crusts
